A Crisis in the Bight
We would like to congratulate the Senior Drama Troupe on a great performance last night at the CEC. Their original script “A Crisis in the Bight” was a huge success. The audience was treated with a comical look back at Newfoundland’s ‘Crisis 2014’. It was a great ensemble performance that saw our drama troupe deliver ‘a laugh’ as only they can. We would like to thank all the supporters for coming out to see the show last night; we always love to see a crowd! Thanks to Mrs. Hansford for spending the entire day with all of our young actors, we really appreciate it! We would also really like to thank Mrs. Mary Larner-Pardy and her team for a great job in hosting this years Regional Drama Festival; a great group volunteers and another fantastic effort!
Also, a big congratulations to Mr. Blackmore on another great original script and performance. Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated by your students and your school community!

Senior Girls at the 2A Basketball Provincials
We would like to congratulate the Senior Girls Basketball team on a great showing at the 2A Girls Provincials. It has been a while since we have had a girls team and it was fantastic to see you back at Provincials! The girls had a great weekend of basketball and even got some experience with some curling. Thank you for representing us well. And, thank you to Mr. Baker and Jennifer Simmons who traveled with the team and made this trip possible.
