First Ever SSNL Co-Ed Softball Regional Is In The Books

Our Random Island Academy Crusaders were a part of history on September 19th as they took part in the first-ever SSNL Co-Ed Regionals, hosted by Tricentia Academy.  There was a four-team tournament that saw Discovery Collegiate, Heritage Collegiate, Tricentia Academy, and Random Island Academy take part in this mixed tournament.  Our Crusaders finished 0-3 but played in some close games.  They lost their first game to Tricentia 15-12, lost an extra-innings game to Discovery 15-15, and then lost their final game to the eventual champions, Heritage Collegiate.   Our team played well and had lots of fun!  We would like to congratulate the Heritage team for their big win and Tricentia academy for being such great hosts.  A big thank you to Mr. Blackmore for taking them to this tournament!
